I gave this dealership 2 stars because of the undue pressure to purchase other services. I honestly Felt like I was at a Jiffy Lube. I was very specific about what I needed and expressed to the SA that I was a "CAR GUY". This was my first time at this particular dealership and after close inspection of my bill, I was very disappointed to discover that I was also charged $2.99 to add a small amount of windsheild washer fluid to my car. Auto Nation can do better for their customers.

It’s been more than a year I’ve been coming to this place for service of our 2 cars. They are just professional, all of their service advisors are the best. This time Eduardo Gomez did a great job. They seem to get better and better every time I visit. I highly recommend this place.

very nice overall experience dealing with these people! this is the second car we have bought from them, both Honda. I like the fact I didn't have wait for delivery of my vehicle, and the fact they have inventory makes life easier! Great sales help, and people who made financing my vehicle a breeze;! thank you! the price was great and people I know wish they had found, a truck like mine instead of what they bought!. Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Auto Nation 2 weeks ago. Eddy Gomez was extremely helpful and communicated every step of the way on what to expect, along with walking me through the entire process. This was my first car purchase which can be an intimidating experience. Eddy along with the other staff members I spoke to made the process stress-free.

Service was fast and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the persons who moved my car around the service area (not the mechanics) were not wearing anything that signifies they worked for AutoNation Honda. They wore jeans and tee shirts (not even Honda tee shirts). I had to ask the guy getting in my car who he was.

They’re supposed to do a car wash every time they service the car. They never do it! Even if you specifically ask for it, they forget to do it. If it wasn’t for my lease with them, I’d never come here. They always promise that they will wash it, the cashier confirms that they’ll wash it every time and that it should have been washed, but it’s never done.

This was a joke. Service advisor said I have alot wrong with my car but the most important was my tires. I guess that what the biggest commission for him going on now.... Lol... none of the lights on the dash board are important. The evaluation given to me has 20 Categories 11 were marked a media attention needed.. I need tires really..I will never come back to your establishment.

I was looking for a truck Toyo dealer had a used one in stock wasn't the model I wanted. I could get new but takes 30 days to get once you buy! These people had a great truck ( Ridgeline) I though I couldn't afford! I bought certified used got a great truck! Best part was dealing with the staff they got me into a newer better vehicle that day! Amazing people! I forgot some items after the deal and very accommodating retrieving them.! Thanks Claudia and Daniel! Very helpful and enjoyable to work with making the experience a great one!

I had my car towed to AutoNation Honda because I’ve had repairs to my cars which are not Hondas and everyone always treated my family and I with respect. Customer service over anything is very important to me. I’ve built enough trust to purchase from them. Now standby for an update!!!

Martin took care on me in place of Jean as it was his off day on Saturday, Martin was professional and very attentive & knowledgeable. He explained all serivces and walked me through all processes and my feebdback on the recommended services, he walked me to my car and even showed me how to work not keyless key if I locked items in my glove box or valet . Honda, like other places such as Firestone, has this bad and dishonest practice of overcharging customers for parts. The same parts that regular Auto Parts sell for like $33, they will charge you $96 to $130 for it. I got charged $127 for 4 spark plugs and another $127 for a coil cover, not including the labor fee and another fee of $56 added for tools they used at the shop. Those tools are there to be used for years, how could a dealer charge each customer $56 or more for using its own tools. Besides charging a lot for labor, Honda chooses to cheat its customers out of parts prices by charging 2 to 4 times the normal price and falsely claim "these parts are original Honda parts, that's why they cost 3 or 4 times the price of parts at local Auto Parts". While it might be true for some specific parts, spark plugs, coil cover, valve cover gasket, etc... that Honda used are not OEM parts. They purchase them at discounted prices from local auto parts stores. I think the BBB and Department of Commerce should start investigating these shady practices from those big companies.

I really do not have anything to complain about with my recent visit to Honda. I dealt with Mr. Previlon and Ms. Claudia and they were very pleasant to deal with. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. I felt they explained all my options as honestly as they could weather it was something I wanted to hear or not and I appreciated that.

This is the second car I purchased at Hollywood Honda. I bought a new Civic last week from Roderick and he was great. He delivered on all his promises. No games. No BS. Even with the chip shortage. It was just as easy as when I got my CR-V in 2015 from here.

My experience was a pleasant one, everything went smoothly. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is, the car only came with one key, I was told I could get a second key on Wed at 1. There was a person who came to do that service. What I wasn't told was it was going to cost 160$ had I known that I would have asked that Auto nation pick up that cost. By Wed my deal was done and no one could do anything for me so, my advice is make sure you have two keys for a vehicle you buy or make sure they pay for a second one. Out 160$

The rudest staff I've ever come across at a dealership. Constantly cut my partner & I off through conversation and proceeded to be very condescending throughout the rest of the discussion. I presume they sell a lot of cars here so they don't mind tutoring away a few customers here and there. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Everything went fine. My car was in and out in the expected time they gave me. Only thing that was a bit of a upset was my car alarm seemed to be disabled and I tried to re pair it but no success yet. I didn’t take it back because I don’t think they will do anything about that. I still rate the service 9/10.

I brought my Odyssey in for scheduled maintenance, and, got an early time slot, 7 AM which is quite convenient. My advisor is very customer friendly, and I told him whether it is possible to finish early, so I can get to work. Amazingly, he exceeded it, as the vehicle was ready within 1 hour, and I was elated to get to my office, not missing any hour. Way to go, Martin, I appreciate it. Thank you for the excellent service, and I highly recommend this dealership.

From the moment I initially walked into the dealership and from the time I finalized the sale, the sales associate Ray, provided outstanding customer service and peace of mind that I was receiving the best deal for my first brand new fresh off the lot vehicle. Autonation Hollywood is the only location I take my 2017 Honda Civic to I trust this location ! I still sit and talk to my salesman Rodderick most of the advising staff know me Tamika and coach always have my best interest at heart I never feel as if I’m being rushed or my concerns not addressed 😭 as of now I need a new transmission but again my salesman made sure I added a extended warranty on my car so less stress for me ! Just took my Honda type r for 22k service Tire rotation oil change and brake bleed 2 volk rims where damaged on the valve stem spots not sure why and when i got into my car the tire light was on there was a nail in my tire and it was my fault. Not cool the brakes they “bled” they feel so bad i had to pay another shop to get it done properly the wheel damage is around 600-700 to re powder coat 2 wheels they damaged. Totally I’m cool how they treat one of there top vehicles in there companies line up

This was by far the best experience I ever had at a dealership Jimmy was the best literally so patient and helpful he gave me so many options that’s the part I loved the most the last dealership I was at they only focused on 1 car but I had options and that was amazing to me I ended up leaving with a car that I love so much I named it Stormy it’s a Honda Accord I live in broward but my sister got her car from the Honda dealership in Hollywood so I made the drive and it was the best decision ever.

I am pleased to leave a review. My boyfriend and I went into Auto Nation looking for a car but not expecting to buy. We sat down with Daniel P. His customer service was amazing! He been with the company for 11 years and honestly his customer service is the reason why! He did business very well! Very knowledgeable and he understanding! Even when we sat with finance, they were very understanding when it came down to what we wanted to pay for monthly payments and they made it happen. Smooth and fast process! Very thankful for them! Fernando has always taken care of my cars purchased at Autonation Honda. He is always respectful and explains the details clearly and precisely. During my wait time he came to me several times to assure the work is being done and provided me with a timeframe of the advances. I did not feel the three hours spent there as being hard it was okay. Won't tell someone else to do it but I did and no complaints. As always Fernando has stepped up to being the best at what he does getting me the best service and clearly explaining all the findings of my car. I prefer to pay more at Autonation Honda then go to another type of mechanical garage. I am not cheated or lied at Autonation Honda. If I do have a problem they are always willing to figure it out without rudeness or frustration. The garage foreman was extremely busy, but he cared for each car, never saw him annoyed once and he was pulled here and there several times for help and insite.

Dishonest auto body shop. I got an oil change where they told me rear breaks needed to be replaced. Front was in the “green” and the rear was 3, “in the red.” I went back a week later to replace, couldn’t remember which at the time, but I told them it should be obvious since one was perfectly fine…. They replaced the wrong one. When I compared the write ups- the numbers on the breaks didn’t make any sense. It was obvious they were dishonest and the paperwork was proof.

I am currently driving my second leased Honda Civic from AutoNation Honda of Hollywood. I also only service my cars at this location. If you already own a Honda and are in need of a service center, I MUST recommend that you schedule your next service with Temaka Long. She is quick, efficient, friendly, and honest - and will NOT sell you a service that you do not need. When I leased my current vehicle, I bought the service package. Tameka informed me that the service package only included 6 maintenances for the life of my lease (36 months). This is something the gentleman in finance DID NOT explain to me. Tameka also took the time to explain how I can make those 6 already paid for maintenances last for the life of my lease. Also, why not support the only female service provider at AutoNation Honda Hollywood who is working in heavily male dominated industry. Let's lift our women up!!!

There was also another gentlemen who had just started working there I don’t know his name but he did say he was from Venezuela he greeted me immediately as I rolled up in my car . It was a terrible day. Coming from a long 12 hour shift after having such a busy schedule changing week to week not being able to get an appointment until weeks out and then finally seeing my warning if 5% oil left and come right after work. Then being told my car needed an inspection and had other things that needed to be done. No problem, but the biggest issue was that I was not warned or even given a heads up that it would take almost 4 hours to complete. I assumed it would be an hour as usual and waited at the dealership. Had I known I could’ve gone home about 15 min away to sleep. And after two hours I asked how much longer and was told just one more hour which at that point didn’t make sense for me to go home yet but that turned into another two. This is someone who spent 12 hours working at the hospital on nights, sleep deprived and didn’t have breakfast and then not given a heads up that the wait would be over 4 hours. I’m usually patient and have no issue and understand because there are delays but the fact that the only time I was checked on was to tell me that there’s work that needed to be done. And that truly ruined my experience. And I did not want to cause any trouble but I was highly upset. It’s a pandemic and service is slower I understand that but to disregard and give people a “they can wait” without even knowing what 12 hours I went through was terrible. Even when I have patients who I know are going to wait for a long time, I give them a realistic heads up. I never take reviews personally and go open minded but this was ridiculous. And the reason being is because it ruined my post shift sleep and half my day was already gone because I spent the rest of the day catching up on being sleep deprived and eating when I could’ve gotten a head start. Wasted time sitting on a chair with bright lights and a tv blasting for 4 hours while watching everyone begin their day.

This review is for the service department. I have had only positive experiences with the service department at this dealership. I usually shop for parts here and had purchased a battery with a warranty. I noticed the car had slow starts and brought it in to see if the warranty was still active. The battery was replaced with only the installation fee charged. Fernando is an honest service advisor and does not try to sell items that are not necessary . Highly recommended.

I bought not one but two cars, I will never ever deal with auto nation again! After we settled on a price the contract was printed on the wrong paperwork. Not my problem. They offered Maintenance on one of the cars. A year later the maintenance was not on the car. This dealership is the reason we all hate dealing with car salesman! Run don't walk away

Surpassed Expectations! Just had my first service appointment with Mercedes-Bens Asst. Service Manager, Mr. Yorlian Santiesteban. The entire visit surpassed my expectations. I was certainly nervous about this first meeting as I did not know what to expect (and was concerned about coming out with a huge bill.) To my huge relief, Mr. Santiesteban was extremely kind, knowledgeable and direct in explaining my options to me. He gave me several options and assisted me in a simple part that I needed. I left feeling grateful for such a warm and professional experience with my new car - and feel relieved to now be a customer with an honest and friendly Mercedes Dealership in Miami. Note: The location is also very convenient and the facility is very clean, comfortable without being pretentious. The parts department is very kind and informative without giving any pressure to buy. Overall 5 STARS and A+ for this Mercedes-Bens Service Department and Dealership!

I had a really great experience at AutoNation Honda. I was referred to Avi who took really great care of me. He was able to determine that I didn't even need repairs that Pepboys Hollywood was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for. I ended up only needing brake fluid which was a big relief for me. I plan to only go to AutoNation Honda from here on out . Its really gives you a great peace of mind knowing that you can trust the people you bring your car to especially when there are so many shops in So Flo. that scam people.

I went to AutoNation Honda recently to sell my Honda CR-V after my lease was ending soon (and used car prices are so high right now!) I walked in and was greeted by one of their sales team members who started the process of quoting the car and introduced me to Ray Hodge who is specialized in car purchases, and car sales as well. Ray is such a nice guy, polite and very efficient. He assembled the needed information and brought the information over to his manager David. Ray truly felt like he was on my side the whole time and fought for me to get the best deal on my car. The first initial offer by the dealership was very insulting and I walked out. I then called Ray on his cell phone the next day, and he answered after hours, and remembered me and was so polite. He truly wanted to fight for me on the deal and went back to his manager the next day and got a deal that worked in my favor. I was trying to shuffle around this dealership with another dealership that I was purchasing a new Mazda at and Ray was so accommodating and put all the paperwork together during the day and had it ready for me when I walked in that evening. I literally walked in, signed the papers and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I was truly shocked how easy Ray made the deal for me. He really made a car deal a pleasure. If you need to buy or sell a car, call Ray at AutoNation, he's truly an awesome guy and a professional car salesman that's on your side!

What a NIGHTMARE...!!! When I purchased my used car a few weeks ago, I was shocked when I was given a broken fob, and a "promise" that I'd receive a second key the following week. Agaist my better judgement, I agreed. I arrived the follwing week and the key guy was apparently on vacation... The salesperson emphatically promised I would have my new key the follwing week, come hell or high water...Although I smelled a rat, I went against my better judgement...... I arrived week two to recieve my key and was underwhelmed when the key guy didn't have the right fob for my make and model...Never mind that he seem to have a gazillion keys in his mobile key shop... I started to smell thast same rat.... He did offer to oder the fob, but it would take another week.... That would be week three... . This cacophony of lackadaisical work etghics is due to, and perpetuated by, Carl Vanderwarker, the general mgr. This is the man that thinks it "good policy" to sell vehicles with only one key ( and broken at that ) They knew this vehicle only had one key and took no steps to rectify the situation... This could have been an easy fix..... But why spend the extra money..... Mr. Vanderwormer felt perfect;ly fine with pasing this inconvenience on to the consumer ... To be honest, I'm done with that place, but felt it my civic duty to warn other perspective victims... Just think, if they are this greedy and petty over an insigniofigant key, imaginbe what nasty little tricks and financial pitfalls they have set up for the BIG ticket new car buyers.... Yikes....!!! Mr. Vanderwormer and Autonation Honda in Hollywood , Florida are not to be trusted..... You've been warned Kevin R. Evelyn

Disappointed!! If I could give less stars I would. I bought a GMC Canyon with the seller Sarah, at the AUTONATION store in HOLLYWOOD, on 08/25/2021. I noticed some noises in the rear and front suspension. So I was at the store on 07/09/2021 where the service attendant, his name Martin, told me to return on Saturday. And today, 11/09/2021, Saturday my wife had been in the store since 8:00 am, the technician said he couldn't hear the suspension noise, I had to leave work and show him the noise and he said he can't identify the noise where it comes from. A technician who doesn't know where the noise is coming from or has no desire to look? After 2 hours and 30 minutes of waiting, the service manager said I needed to go to the Chevy AUTONATION and upon arriving here the service manager at that store told me that I need to have an appointment and that he cannot help me. This is all 3 hours and 40 minutes later. Could it be that on Tuesday they couldn't have told me to make an appointment? Could it be that on Tuesday they couldn't have told me to go to Chevrolet? If you want a tip, avoid AUTONATION, I don't know all of them, but at least I don't recommend HONDA.

Dealer/service document fee stated up to $699.95 On Autonation Honda website of holloywood, FL but once inside the dealership sales man and manager presented us a breakdown of the vehicle price & it showed a dealer/service doc fee of $799.95 & manager said it was a mistake by marketing but refused to honor the $699.95 mistake. They then tried to bring down price of tax and tag/title which obviously would change at finance. Once we were given keys they let us know only one key fob was available. A vehicle of over $30,000 2019, and only one key fob. At this point we were ready to return everything and walk out but they assured we would be given another free of charge which took longer than originally stated.

All of the service lights in my car randomly came on the other day and so I quickly contacted my local Honda and they originally told me the earliest appointment they had was at 1:30 PM but I was going to be working at that time so they managed to get me in within 30 minutes of me making the phone call (I called at 9:00 AM when they opened). When I got there, I was greeted by Hanna Marks who, to say the very least, was amazing at her job! I could tell she was an awesome service manager because of how thorough and caring she was with my car issues, all while being extremely fast in getting my car checked in and serviced. My car was evaluated that same day, Hanna gave me a call and was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my car, and then I received a call two days later from Hanna saying the failed part in my car was replaced and was ready to be picked up. Honestly, I?ve never had such an amazing experience at a dealership/service center before, and it was all thanks to Hanna! I?d recommend this location to any and every other Honda owner. Thank you!

Went there for service for my Honda Sedan. The car was overheating when idling for any extended period. Although it took a while for them to diagnose and order the parts needed, my rep Carlos Castro did a great job keeping me up to date every step of the way. He set me up with a loaner car for a few days while waiting for the parts (2 fan motor assemblies) to come in. He had the mechanic do a full inspection and gave me a detailed order of when do to each item on the list and why with pricing for each. All in all an excellent experience with kudos for Carlos for his yeoman work. Car is running fine again.

We bought a Honda Odyssey from Autonation and had a pretty good customer experience until we encountered the first breakdown in my car. The car began to stall at the intersection (Auto idle stop system problem) During the warranty period, asking for help did not give any better result than "turn off this function every time you start the car". After the next appeal (a few weeks after the end of the warranty, they suggested replacing the battery ... but for money. Now, if this happened a little earlier, then maybe we would have changed the battery under warranty. It is at such moments that the real quality of service and the value of the client for the company are checked.

People are not friendly enough and they only car about selling cars but not about you. I like the person who sold me the car, but the rest was terrible service. They said that they were going to clean my car for me and fill up my gas tank but all they did was throw water in the car and give me my tank half fill. I call to complain about everything and all they said was, this is the best we can do. I will never go back to Auto Nation!!! I have been with them for 3 years now and never have one good experience. I also tell everyone, don?t go shop there!!! The only reason I was stuck with them is because I shop my older car with them with the certified warranty and I have no other choice. Hopefully I learn my lesson now buying my second and less car with auto nation.

Yesterday, I brought my Pilot in to have the oil changed and address a couple of concerns I had. One was a noise the car was making that started after I ran over a bush in the road. There was a branch still attached to the bottom of the car and I was to let Luc (Martin) know if the problem continued. ( It didn't.) The other concern was that my cell phone stopped communicating with Android Auto. Richard (who serviced the car) worked on the car settings and my phone settings until he solved the problem! Luc (Martin) always gives me up to date information as to what the needs are for my car. At 5:00, Martin called to see if the car was doing well. I was happy to report that it felt like a new car!

I was fortunate to stumble upon salesman, Clifford Lawford, a fine young man. I worked with several other dealerships and was unhappy with the service. At all times Clifford, known as Jason, was upfront, kind and considerate. He listened to all of my concerns and address them immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and was generous with his time to teach me and show me about details of the car. He also helped me with accessories. It was an excellent experience!

A friend of mine recently purchased a used car at AutoNation. The car was pulling to one side so he took it in for an alignment. He was told the strut was bent and it was old damage. The car is still under the used car warranty which covers front end suspension. He bought the car to AutoNation, expecting the issue to be resolved and after a couple of days they told my friend that the strut is not included in the warranty because it is not part of the suspension. So here we have AutoNation taking advantage of the little guy and wriggling out of their obligation. I don’t know what world Auto Nation lives in that the strut is not part of the suspension. This tells me that their used car warranty doesn’t mean a thing. It sounds good but when it comes to actually applying it, AutoNation is MIA. I guess it’s time to file a complaint with the better business bureau to see if anything can be done to curb these deceptive practices.

I don’t know about this place but at AutoNation Nissan this was my experience be warned -they refused to believe me when I provided warranty -forced me to track down warranty information already given to them - 1 week tire replacement - no calls for updates - service department manager never called back - no multi point inspection - no fluid top off - they couldn’t even place the spare under the car where it goes, at the Nissan dealership for this Nissan car

Service was good but the policy of Honda to pay for my repair lacked. This problem was through no fault of my own and I understand that this same problem is rampant on the Honda HRV. It's a design flaw yet the consumer is the one stuck with the bill. I cry BS! Definitely going to rethink my next car purchase.

It was definitely a case of bad news, good news. The bad news was that the engine needed to be pulled apart, the good news was that Honda would cover the expense. Certainly the fact I bought the car at that dealership, and had all my maintenance, especially the oil changes done at this same dealership, were reasons they took responsibility. Satisfying that Honda and the dealership would own up to the repair. Service agent explained the repairs and process needed; the car needs 1000 miles to check the oil leakage before the major engine repair takes place. Considering the above, I would have to put Honda at the top of the list as far as buying a new car.

But the finance person at my last closing told me that the Honda roadside assistance program was no longer offered, then upsold me on an AutoNation policy. I did most of my price negotiations online with Nick prior to arriving at the dealership. He is so professional and was the perfect balance of persistent and patient. Everything was in writing and well organized. In person Nick was very accommodating and explained everything. I also dealt with Issac about my warranty and contract. Excellent. We had been on a cruise, and our car had been parked for 10 days at Port Everglades. After the cruise, the car had a dead battery. AAA came and said we had a bad cell in the battery plus a bad alternator. We drove to the Honda dealer and they got us in immediately. They explained they would do a diagnosis, with an estimate of about $130. They said the service would take about an hour, but it was only about 45 minutes. They said the alternator was okay and it was just a bad battery. The total price was about $160, and they even reset the car clock! What really impressed us is their honesty. We were travelers and they could have taken advantage of us by saying that we needed a new alternator, but they didn't.

In the process of finding the right vehicle, we went to 6 different dealerships. All of them offered great deals, but the only one to honor their deal was Hollywood Honda. The others came back with excuses , that particular suv wasn?t available but they had another and it was only a few thousand more, another said their offer didn?t include taxes and dealer fees which would bring the price up $2500 more, two places told us we did not qualify for all their rebates. I asked does anyone ever qualify for all the rebates and was told no. Hollywood Honda gave me a price and there was no hidden fees, and they didn?t charge anything extra when they had to go to Miami to pick up the suv because my wife didn?t like the color of the one they had.

I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 12 years. This has been the worst experience I?ve had at any car dealership. I picked up my new car December 1st, received temporary plates and within a week was informed I could use my old plates, thereby overpaying on my registration/motor vehicle fees by over $200. I was informed by J in financing that a check would be sent to me but to wait at least a few weeks, thereby putting the date towards the end of December. After not receiving the check I began calling Hollywood Honda weekly, sometimes twice a week leaving messages with no return calls. I then decided to speak to a manager, SM who told me he would have J call me. He didn?t. I began calling again, to no avail. I then contacted Honda (corporate) to file a complaint and they reached out to the dealership. I then finally spoke to J in financing who promised me the check would be sent that week. It wasn?t. I then found out through someone in the business department that the check comes from Texas. I finally received a check on Feb. 24th for a much lesser amount, which would have been the amount I would have received for overpayment had I gotten NEW plates, which I didn?t. I spoke a few more times to Honda headquarters who informed me there wasn?t anything more THEY could do as my complaint was against the dealership. They did say I had every right to persue further action. I?ve called twice this week with a promise that J would call me back. He hasn?t. This has been going on since the beginning of December and is now the end of February. Honda has lost me as a customer and this dealership will NEVER get my business again nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone.

2014 honda accord starter switch issue is not being RECALLED by Honda. This is a matter of which is happening to many honda owners of this same year build after conducting a research. I only have 30,000 miles on my car! Honda needs to make this right! I am joining a class action suit for this matter among with many others. Will never by a honda again!

The sales manager gave a us a very good price on a 2020 CR-V when they did not have a new 2019 in the color we wanted. The salesman was very helpful and patient while helping us set up out technology on this vehicle. The finance manger did not pressure us into purchasing extended warranty's and dealer add-ons. It was a good purchasing experience was done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Prices for labor at $159 per hour are very high. The price of the replacement part was very high well above auto parts store prices. On the good side the technician found the problem and replaced the starter professionally. Because the car had been exposed to salt on roads and salty air for years some of the bolts needing to be removed were frozen in place and had to removed and new bolts replaced. Car works like a charm now. Cost to replace starter was $1,300.

Worst experience ever , I Bought a car two weeks ago and now I have a problem with transmission , fuel consumption and engine noise.I went to them as I have 3 months warranty, they did not give any attention to me and I was totally ignored . Then they took my car and returned it after two days by just replacing the fuel cap !!!!!! And they said that the other issues related to the vehicle age !!!!!!! When I asked for fixing report they said they will send it to ur email but they didn’t. After 2 days I went back and I insisted to follow the warranty terms but they said u have to pay for the fix !!!! They dont have proper process for customer care and complaints they will simply respond to our comments that call general manager he will solve ur issue , but he does not pick the phone and always he is not available. these folks should be reported to the consumer Protection office

The car was great and I am happy that I now own it. The initial sales agent Vik was very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. The rest of the experience was horrible. There was a snafu where the vehicle was advertised as having a Navi navigation system which it didn't. When I questioned and protested the error, it was trivialized by the manager I dealt with, told that Autonation was not making any profit on this vehicle and that i got a great deal so effectively "shut up and buy the car", at which point I walked out. The initial sales agent consequently called back, apologized and made a few concessions if I agreed to purchase the car which i finally did. The final closing experience was equally horrible. I got a Finance Manager Jeff that had zero people skills, was rude, condescending, confrontational and had no business being customer facing.

I knew I would have to wait, so I brought a book, snacks, and water. How unnecessary! They had a nice clean waiting area, with comfy chairs, large screen TV with a local news channel, a whole area for water, tea, coffee etc, AND snacks! Including.....yes, you are reading this correctly.....CHOCOLATE! Kimberly took care of explanations & paper work, she was great! I was out of there at 945am! I being a client for more than 12 years, and I got 9 leases from them (3 Accords, 4 Oddyseys and 2 Pilot), the service is great and I always was being treat good, I recommended them to my friends and many of them got leases there, multiple sales people worked with me for all the years and all were good but they keep leaving and new people get in till the point they stop being good. Last year when one of my leases was going to expire and I got a surprise, the salesman that I use to deal with for many years was not working any more, and after some dealings with other salesman I was confronted with the "deal closer" (Mr V.) that end our conversation with "We didn't abandoned you, Honda did" at that point I couldn’t get a new deal, and they lose me as a client, I end up leaving and getting a VW, from Rick Case VW of Weston where I was treat really good. It is regrettable that my other Honda lease is expiring and NO ONE, and I repeat, NO ONE from Autonation Honda of Hollywood was even decent to make me a call to even try to sell me a new car. I feel actually abandoned by Autonation Honda of Hollywood, maybe the General Manager (Mike Eagle) is not aware of the way their sales people work, but they are losing their clients, a long term client should be cherished and not abandoned. Even if I get a new Honda, or other car, Honda should know that their dealership at Autonation Honda of Hollywood is NOT GOOD in selling their cars, I don't think that Honda abandoned me as Mr V. said (BTW, I being a client longer than Mr V. had being working there) but Autonation Honda of Hollywood failed me as a Client and failed Honda as representative of the brand and failed to Autonation as a business branch. I know most of the longtime employees, they are great people and the service department is really good and they try their best, but the sales people are really bad (they used to be good). Is there anything easier than renew a lease on a long term client with great credit and 100% Honda finance reliability? Well it look like they not even can do that! Maybe this will help others to take a decision to where to get their new car, but also will help the Autonation Honda of Hollywood’s General Manager and Autonation itself to improve their customers relations and take care of their good customers. And will help also to Honda to know who their loyal clients are and who misrepresent them. Well, maybe they don’t consider me a good customer. In my opinion renewing a lease should be easier and cheaper than all the advertising that Autonation does on TV, the mouth to mouth reference is always cheaper and better than a multi million dollars ads campaign. You can be a leader in Energy Efficiency but if you don’t sales cars and people are unhappy with you then you are actually not a good representation for the Honda brand.

From day one, when we bought our car, customer service has been amazing. I have driven in and had my tire pressure checked on the spot. Another time Ihad a problem with my phone connecting to Bluetooth and drove into Autonation Honda and the technician fixed it right the. I always have an appointment and have to wait 2+ hours for an oil change. So unacceptable!! Last time, they left a tool in the undercarriage of the car and didn’t put windshield wiper fluid after I waited 2.5 hours! I would never buy another car here again.

It's seriously been one thing after another with this place! I bought my car in November 2018 and had various issues with the entire buying experience. They did their best to make things "right" so I will not discuss the 4 other issues I've had, in order to maintain my integrity when apparently they do not have it. The purpose of this post is to explain that after 2 months, I am STILL am dealing with issues from this purchase. I received my registration for my new vehicle in the mail yesterday. Low and behold, it has the WRONG license plate number on it. I gave the salesman (Elias) my license plate on the day I finally received my vehicle and asked him to make sure it had the correct license plate (I had two cars, so I wanted to make sure they used the correct plate as the other car was a lease and was heading back) The salesman even put the correct license plate on the car himself. Maybe it's my fault that I didn't ask to see the registration paperwork before driving off of the lot. So of course when I saw the wrong license plate number on the registration, I wasn't and still not very happy. I called and all they have told me is that they have a copy of the license plate (the wrong one) so they then transferred me to the woman (Odama) in charge of finance and she listened and then asked to call me back after she does some research. I have been ILLEGALLY driving my new car for the last 2 months due to their carelessness and additionally, I am wasting even more time trying to get everything legal now. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle here, but I am saying if you are risky enough to do, double and triple check their work throughout the process. I will post an update as to whether or not this issue has been resolved by them or if I have to go to the DMV and do it myself. UPDATE: I had to call back 5 hours later as Odama did not return the phone call as promised earlier that day. I ended up leaving a voicemail and she then returned the call when I was unable to answer. Regardless she is blaming me for the incorrect tag being registered. Saying that her , Elias (the absolute worst salesman I have ever worked with and a Eddie Velez) said that the tag that was registered was the tag that was on the vehicle that I turned in (funny bc I did not turn my vehicle that I was driving at the time until a week after I received my new car) the plate I gave them was the one I asked to have registered. I'm frankly fed up at this point. They have told me to go to the DMV MYSELF to have the correct tag registered which IS THE TAG THEY PUT ON MY CAR BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT. They should rewind their cameras to that day and they will see their incompetent Elias screw the plate on my vehicle! Please please please do yourself a favor and triple check their work. I know I will NEVER be back there to purchase a vehicle ever again.

I brought my 9 month old Civic in for a routin Oil change. Had an appointment set up for 8AM. I asked the women Damaris aproxamatly how long it would be she said about 1 hours so I’d mentioned I would leave and come back. When I told her this she said how since I was leaving they would do a complimentary car wash. I figured an hour plus the carewash give for or take 1 and a half to 2 hours everything should have been completed. When I got back an hour later I looked through the window inside the facility to notice my car just being operated on for the first time. Which means that even though I was the first appointment the company offerd my car was neglected for an hour probably because I told the women I would be leaving. About 15 minuets upon returning I got a call that the mechanic had a few recommendations. Even though my car was less then a year old it required 2 new filters and an alignment. The went 1 step further and charged me the above markup price for the filters, to be precise it was $54 for the cabin filter and $46 for the engine filter. My car is less then a year old they should not even have asked for the latter 3 to be included with a basic inspection and oil change. All in all it took 2 hours a 40 minuets altogether and I never got that free car wash. What a joke, will never recommend to anyone.

I brought my car in to have my passenger airbag replaced due to a recall. After the work was complete they gave my car back as if everything went fine and there were no hiccups. Driving home I realized they did not replace a bolt and instead left it in my cup holder. It was about 7pm at this point and returning was not an option. After the weekend I called them and let them know what happened. They told me to drive in and that it would be handled. After a brief argument with the service advisor he finally brought it into the shop. It wasnt even in the shop for 15 min and it came back out. I was told there was nothing that could be done to re install the bolt. They said that it was due to a phone holder I installed in my car. My question is this, I am not a honda certified mechanic and I was able to install the bolt when I installed the phone holder. I am not from florida and I do not have my tools here otherwise I would do it myself. How does a person not even a honda certified mechanic do this but their techs cannot? I would reccomend going elsewhere. They also got oil in my car not to mention the inconvenience of having to return. You think they would have offered me a car wash or oil change for the frustration. This dealer experience was less than satisfactory. I use to work in the car business and I was taken back by how awful this experience was. None of this would have flown at my old dealership. I should mention that this bolt holds the stereo in place. this is a saftey issue! If I get in an accident and it flys out and hits me or my passenger auto nation will have a lawsuit on their hands!

We had the alternator go out on us during a vacation to the area. They worked with us to get us back on the road quickly. They even made it easier by having on site rentals for $30 a day. But the best part of our experience was Assistant Service manager, Karen Jimenez. Not only was she friendly, but worked to find the most affordable way to get our alternator fixed and with a discount beyond what we asked for! She is a huge asset to their team!!

They sold me a Honda and they rushed me threw paper work did not tell about a no return policy, the Honda has Bluetooth issues and they can’t seem to find the issues with it and lied to the manufacturer saying they couldn’t hear the problem I showed my sales person the issue as we tested 2 other cars all same issues. They were very unhelpful there. My car doors were locking and unlocking for 10 minuets while driving and then the car locked me out of it, said they couldn’t find the issue with it. I have a kid and it’s very unsafe for them to be selling vehicles like that. I have spoken to multi mechanics there said all 2018 accord have electrical issues and I don’t suggest you buy here

WOW what an experience at Hollywood Honda in South Florida, Roderick Williams was amazing! had a car accident with my RAV4 and had to buy, was planning on heading back to Toyota but after reviewing the different options in mid size SUV, I was torn, looking at Nissan, Mazda, Kia, Toyota and Honda, I choose Honda CRV. Next Step was what dealer, Thank God for Hollywood Honda and lucky to have gotten Roderick Williams. this man NEVER tried a fast one on me, always with a smile, very knowledgeable on all the CR-V model to compare with and never pushed what to get. truly a gentleman, not a pushy shark salesman. Made appointment for a recall notice. Karen was assigned to me. On arrival I was greeted with smiles. Karen came out and was very friendly. I had questions. She got her manager on a question she didn't know. I asked about another job on car. She gave me a price to look at it. While waiting, everyone was friendly with a "Hello" or "Good morning". The maintenance was done in the exact time allotted. The only thing was I didn't realize the technician had left oil stains on the window and passenger car door before I left, so I had to go back to have them clean it so it wouldn't do any damage. I was looking to get my first car from Honda and I found this dealership near to me 1) First visit, took a look at the cars available and decided which one to buy 2) Second visit, finalized a car with pretty good deal and I took it Then the disaster starts when it goes to the finance team to finalize the payment 1) They offered me a interest rate of 4% given that I accept a package deal which increased by cost by 6K. I still agreed and signed the deal. Also, the finance guy applied for my financing across all the bank without my consent and I was unaware that this could affect my score 2) I took the car home and was excited about the car but nervous about the overall price 3) I start getting follow up calls from the dealership, stating you need to come to the office and redo the contract due to some issue without giving a reason 4) Going to the dealership, they says that the bank never approved and now you have to sign the deal with the bank who has approved you for 9%. The guy was noone else but the finance manager, pretty rude and was very upbeat, as if it was my mistake that the bank did not approved. They said because you are a NONIMMIGRANT nobody is gonna approve you at 4%. What [non-permissible content removed] is that!!! I checked with other friends of mine with same VISA status and found that they got a deal as low as 2.5% till max 4.5%. The finance manager literally said me that they do not work with NONIMMIGRANT visa, I was so [non-permissible content removed] with that statement. But I still agreed because I had put so much effort to get this car. Apparently this people do not know how to treat there customer and it is absolute NO NO if you want to buy a car from them. I still have to go the office to still redo some contract, and the saga continues.

There are not enough good things I could say about my visit to Autonation Honda, and my experience with Hector Zarama and his team. From beginning to end Hector was professional, attentive and extremely courteous. He never tried to take the deal anywhere I didn't want it to go and he worked hard to meet me at my ideal price point without compromising on the car I wanted. Not only did he exceed my expectations in every way, but he also got me in and out of the dealer quickly. I was happy I did not have to spend an entire day haggling over the car I wanted. I am curious as to why other Honda dealerships in the area offer better coupon deals. I found other dealers that offer a 4th oil change for free. In addition, some do the tire rotation for free with an oil maintenance appointment. For your dealership, it depends on which service technician I deal with as to what I am charged for.

It is usually a difficult situation when you are purchasing a big ticket item such as a vehicle. However, at AutoNation Honda, with assistance of ernie rohm and the amazing staff it was very easy. It was an excellent experience. Ernie explained how the technical features of the car worked very well.

Let me tell u my experience with auto nation Honda in Hollywood; i am very happy with the service i got from Alex; the sales person who was very kind and had a lot of patient with us, he worked with us and was very understanding; didn't tried to push us to buy, and finally we did lease a 2016 Honda oddessy, my only problem is that after 6 months of having the car i found out that there was a paint touch up where's the back driver side tail light , my other car shop said that its look like a touch up paint or small cover of scratches that probably happened when the car was parked at the dealership or when they transferred it from one place to another; which is not a big deal but i wanted to make sure that i will not get penalty for it. when i went back to auto nation to show it to them to make sure i will not be charged for that when ill return the car the sales manger Lazaro Rojas was very disrespectful (he saw a woman so he thought he can take advantage of that) and tried to blame me for pushing the tail light bcs i got a back hit from another car!!!! Which is ridiculous bcs car fax and all the rest can show that its a completely lie!! When i tried to tell him that its a joke he keep telling me; well you have the car for 6months, and tried to blame me for doing that! After getting so upset I contacted Alex Lopez the sales person who sold me the car , he contact Edi the GSM , both of them saw it and said its not a big deal and that they don't blame me, they couldn't confirm for sure what it was but they guarantee that it is not something to be worried about, This guy; Lazaro Rojas was horrible! I dont know how he get the position of service manager, his attitude is awful and he has no shame, So, if you want a new Honda from Auto Nation in Hollywood ; which I recommend ( don't get me wrong, i love my car) just make sure that when you pick up the car you are getting a new car without touch up paint or dents it scratches from parking lot use..

This might sound strange... a family writing a very positive review for a salesperson, manager, and dealership where their car was not purchased... but it is well deserved. We didn't think we'd get a new car in the very short span of 1.5 days of "car shopping" but we did. Though we had on our mind the need to get a new car soon, it just ended up happening quite suddenly over part of a weekend when close friends of ours offered to have our kids spend the night and next day at their place with their own kids. So, we got to work right away and went to a few car dealerships. Through our experience that weekend, we met 3 nice managers and 1 lousy one, BUT only 1 really great salesperson. This salesperson is Daniel Previlon. He didn't waste any of our time at all but made our experience at the AutoNation Honda of Hollywood really efficient and we couldn't have been happier with him. He is a really down to earth kind of person... a very genuine guy just doing his best to help customers out in finding the right car for them and in trying to get them the best offer possible. As soon as we got to the AutoNation Honda of Hollywood dealership, Daniel met us and took the keys to our Honda Odyssey to get an appraisal on its trade-in value while he helped us to look at the cars on the lot and go for a test drive in the one we were interested in getting. Every aspect of our time with Daniel was just so efficient... and his manager (RJ, I think the name was) showed that he was ready to do all he could to help us out with the numbers too. The dealership itself is in a pretty new building of considerable size so it is a nice place to come to as well. In the end, because another dealership we went to had the car we wanted in the color we wanted, we got our new car from that other dealership instead. (Unfortunately, we didn't have time for dealerships to get cars transfered and we had been burned before by such an offer in the past... with one dealership going through the whole negotiations process with us and promising they could have the color car we wanted transfered over within the week... but it just never happened.) However, the salesperson we had to deal with over at the other dealership was someone we would never recommend and the manager we initially had to deal with was an arrogant individual. It was lucky for us and for that dealership that another manager took over and saved the reputation of that dealership and our sale. We were sorry that we couldn't have sealed the deal with Daniel and his manager RJ from AutoNation Honda of Hollywood, but as the color vehicle we wanted was not on hand there, we had to go with the place that had exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend anyone interested in a Honda to go see Daniel and RJ at the AutoNation Honda of Hollywood though as Daniel will not waste your time like some salespeople at other dealerships, and we are sure they will give you a very competitive offer.

This is our very first brand new car we own and our very first lease. I must commend Carlos Medina for the outstanding service we ever had at a dealership. It was easy going. Tested a few cars. Went home thought about it. Kept in touch over the phone and never ever did we feel harassed, pressured or stressed with him. He respected our space and explained everything clearly. Horrific deception if i could rate with negative stars, I would! I went to Autonation Honda Hollywood after many back and forth emails with Ernest Rohn, an internet salesperson. We agreed on an OTD price for a Honda Civic and I took my daughter in, it was going to be her first car. Ernest took us for a test drive and we asked the typical questions, does it come with 2 keys, a valet key, the owners manuel, etc. He assured us the car had everything. I asked about the warranty and he showed me the paper that the warranty was up and quoted me the prices for the extended warranty. We were shown the car fax, but the car had no service records and/or receipts. We decided to purchase the car. While waiting for 2 hours for the finance manager, Jeremy from finance came over and told us that the car was Certified Pre Owned and came with a 12 month warranty. We signed the papers and then the commotion began. Vladamir our salesperson said they could not find a second key. We waited another 45 minutes for a second key to be cut. He also told us they were detailing the car and making sure it was ready to go. I questioned about how and where the second key was and they hemmed and hawed around the question. 3/4s of the way home (I live in Miami) I realized they did not give me the registration or the valet key. I called Charles Clay, the internet director, and he told me that the car didnt come with a valet key. I told him both keys and the valet key were checked off on the CPO paperwork and that I hadnt received the registration. He was adamant that they send the registration and there is no valet key. I told him that is not what the paperwork stated. He checked with the service manager who said yes, it comes with a key and I could pick it up. I balked and told them absolutely not, I was not driving up to Hollywood for their mistake. Haywood assured me they would fed ex it. Cleaning the car we found a hole through the carpet to the floor, that was covered by the mat. The CPO report showed no damage. I was OK with that. We found the registration shoved in the glove box. Nice that a manager does not know anything about the cars/services he sells. We washed, waxed, and cleaned the interior since it had not been done as promised. They had left a Sharpie marker and two pennies inside. How is that for a Honda dealership detailing? The next day I called American Honda and gave them the VIN to check the warranty. Low and behold, my daughters new vehicle was not registered as a CPO! I asked them how that works and was told the car is registered when the CPO is completed. I freaked out and called Autonation and demanded to speak with Larry Michaels, the general manager. Him and Haywood were conveniently in a meeting. Haywood got on and I explained what I had found out. He said it was impossible. I told him to call American Honda and he refused. He said he would have to get the paperwork and call back. He called and said that the car was registered in May 2016. I told him it was not and demanded to speak with the GM if not I was calling the news. He magically was able to get out of his meeting. He told me that the car was just purchased and that he had to send in the CPO paperwork in the next day. That would be the third day and make the car unreturnable. My BF was on the other line with American Honda double checking. They told him that is not their policy, the car needed to be certified upon inspection. I told the GM that we were deceived and that how could they sell us the car as CPO when it was not, that is fraud. He told us to bring the car back for a full refund. Never did he nor Haywood say they would call Honda to verify-because they knew the car was not certified. We arrived at the dealership and the receptionist knew of our situation. Not one employee offered an apology or an explanation. The GM was not even around. My daughter was heart broken. I placed a complaint with American Honda. Autonation Honda Hollywood is a deceitful dealership full of lying and sleezy people. Never buy a car from there!

I came in having narrowed my choices to a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. My sales person Michael Firestone took me through all the features and never put down his competitor, but rather highlighted the good that comes with buying a Honda. The GM Larry Michaels took the time to answer questions after I had gone home to sleep on it. Larry put me in touch with Haywood Tyler who took the time to work with me in processing an approval with payments and interest rate that I felt comfortable with. Once I decided to buy I worked with Udama Tucker who had everything ready for me by the time I came back to buy. She thoroughly explained the process and my options for warranty without pressure. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family and I appreciate the hassle free environment.

Usually I don't write review, only on extreme cases. Well, this is one of those extreme cases. Extremely good!! I lease my car on AutoNation Honda of Hollywood and the experience was not a surprise. The deal went 10 points, smote, no pressure at all, the sales person (Ryan Atkins) was extremely helpful, and he managed all the details, I just have to sign, NO discussion about numbers or back and forwards, and I got a great deal. In and out in no time, I did talk to the sales person before going there so he already knew the deal I wanted. I have to point out that the new place is also very nice, very relaxed atmosphere, free expresso coffee and water. I'm a client and will recommend them to anyone. Specially Ryan, thank you very much. Call and ask for him. I love my new Honda Odyssey and my family loves it, it is like a home far from home. BTW, now in the new place I do my cars services too, they went from good to excellent in the service area. Kudos AutoNation Honda of Hollywood!

For a great deal and a good experience overall, try AutoNation Hollywood Honda. I have to mention two amazing people there. Angelo (the salesman) was fantastic. He will walk you through everything without undue pressure. He is straightforward and honest as well as personable. A good salesman is just as important as a great car, if you want to make the experience go smoothly. Angelo was patient with us and followed up with us way after the sale. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jeff (in the finance department) was also amazing and he took hours with us going over fine details and helping us to understand the financing process. I had not financed a vehicle for many years so this was vital. Overall, their dealership was wonderful (and we had been to many other Honda dealerships in the area that didn't measure up to these standards) and the bottom line is don't go for the "smoke and mirrors" at a dealership. Another dealership that we visited offered "special perks" but had overpriced cars and when we wanted to test drive one, it didn't start (dead battery) and many high mileage cars. Look for good cars at a fair price. The Honda Civic Hybrid is great for a constant commuter and it has a smooth ride and a great feel. Autonation has certified vehicles in great shape...There are a couple of people there to avoid but overall, a good experience.

This dealership came up as being the second cheapest on Edmunds, but the cheapest (less than a $1,000 difference) was in a bad area. I came here with a very low price, a high number on my trade in, and a lot of options with MSRP pricing. Raphael was able to take great care of me, he got us the price we wanted and he even took some of the optional prices down to make up for the small amount lower that they gave on the trade in. I had purchased a honda oddysey from the autonation in miami lakes, worst ever, so misleading I turned in the car 3 days later and came to the autonation in hollywood. They took care of everything. Gave me an excellent deal and worked with me from beginning to end. Even dealt with the other dealer for me to transfer my deposit so I wouldn't have to. Roland was the best sales man ever and his manager was absolutely wonderful. Both of them together worked worders and were God sent. They gave me an upgrade on the oddysey for close to the same price I was paying in the other dealer. They were honest and considerate.

After owning a Mercedes Benz for a long time, I was ready to save money and try something different. I stopped in AutoNation Honda in Hollywood and I tested drive the CRV SUV, I really liked it. Buying a new isn't a easy thing, but buying a new car from Auto-Nation Honda was a pleasant experience, Albert Verne our sales person made everything very easy, he made us feel at home, answered all the questions we had and gave a Great deal on our new Honda, he even offered to deliver our new car to our home, we highly recommend Albert Verne if your looking for a car.

Highly recommended. My sales guy, Angiolino, was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me a very good price. No hassle, minimum negotiation. Car was impeccable, detailed twice b/c it rained a bit until I finished signing the papers. Ronald, the finance person, is amazing. You'll enjoy your time signing the papers.

It was an okay experience. When I went there I already made up my mind that I am going to buy it and sales person knew the same that's why he didn't give any discount even though he told over phone that when I will be there that he will take couple of hundred dollars when I am there. Still, I was already tired of shopping around and knew that I am going to buy at the same price so we proceeded with the final paper work. Mark S, was the sales person I dealt with. I was buying a used car, so if there was any question regarding the history of the car and asked him, he would simply say that I don't know( instead of saying I will find it out for you). He was extremely rude and impolite. He was treating us like beggars and he was giving us car for free when we asked for additional things(like floor mats for car), he would say that with used car you will get as it is, you won't get anything extra. Overall, we had very bad experience. I hope I don't have any problem with this car in future and have to go to this dealership again.
